Legal, IT, Security & Business Issues in Digital Transformation
In June and July 2021, amidst the covid-19 pandemic that created a series of challenges for businesses and stressed the need for the adoption of digital transfmation strategies, ZK Law Firm held a 3-day seminar on the topic of “Digital Transformation: Necessary as ever“. The Seminar was organized by Nomik Vivliothiki.
The presenters, Mina Zoulovits, Penny Kontogeorgou, Partners at ZK Law Firm, and Sotiris Syrmakezis, Digital Transformation and Fintech Expert, presented an innovative training program designed to educate companies that are in the process (or thinking) of implementing digital transformation processes. The programme was especially addressed to the individuals and teams that will participate in digital transition projects, i.e. the people and groups that are requested to be involved and carry out digital transformation projects.
The convergence between business, IT/IS and legal departments and the creation of a common code of communication for a more efficient and faster transition to the new digital era for companies was at the core of this training. From a legal perspective, the aim was to provide practical examples rather while emphasis was placed on specific issues that arise in the practical application of the relevant legislation. The use of the legislation as a “tool” for a successful digi tal transformation was highlighted through examples of solutions from the business and IT worlds.
