On 6/11/2024, Penny Kontogeorgou had the honor of presenting to The American College of Greece’s esteemed faculty, with Vice President of Academic Affairs Mr. Panos Vlachopoulos present, at the 1st ACG Research Summit. The presentation focused on the remarkable opportunities that technology transfer offers in bridging academic innovation with industry needs, facilitating the pathway from research to impactful solutions.
ACG’s tech transfer strategy is dedicated to supporting faculty and students in transforming groundbreaking research into commercial applications, fostering industry partnerships, and enhancing both academic influence and societal impact.
Penny expressed her heartfelt thanks to Constantinos Papadias and Maria Pallidou for the invitation and the privilege of serving as an advisory member for ACG’s Tech Transfer Initiatives over the past few years.
